The Paignton Commodore is situated directly on the sea front with the beach across the road and within easy walking distance of the Harbour with ferries to Torquay and Brixham, sight seeing leisure and wildlife cruises, daily fishing trips and charters, canoe and jet ski hire. Also within 3 min walk is the town center with its array of individual shops, gift shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, amusements and attractions. The crazy golf, Apollo cinema and Paignton Pier are just over the road too.

At the traffic lights in Teignmouth, right hand lane, turn right on to A381 signed Newton Abbot. At the next traffic lights turn left to Shaldon. Follow the A379 coast road to Torquay, follow signs to Paignton Sea front, go to the far end, past the Apollo Cinema complex turn next right, into Adelphi Road and then 1st left.

From the railway station head towards the level crossing, turn right down Torbay Road walk to the junction with the Apollo Cinema in front of you on the sea front, turn right along Esplanade Road, past the Pirates Golf on the left, turn right up Adelphi Road and then immediately left infront of The Commodore.

 We were very well looked after whilst at the Commodore. Accommodation was fine for our needs and the atmosphere was very friendly. We chose to stay here as we had a dog and we were very pleased that we did!
